Using this website
The site is provided as-is for information. Content may change without notice. Documentation describes products as they are intended to behave; where documentation and software disagree, the software is the fact and we would like to hear about the discrepancy.
Product licences
Each product is licensed separately. Free plans are licensed for use on the number of sites stated on the product page. Paid plans are licensed per the tier purchased.
Where a product is distributed as a WordPress plugin, the plugin code is licensed under the GPL as required. That licence governs the code; these terms govern the service, support and hosted components around it.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges and drops the account to the free plan at the end of the current period.
Cancelling does not delete your data. Forecasts, history and purchase orders remain in your own database; the paid features simply stop updating.

Acceptable use
Do not resell or redistribute the products as your own, attempt to circumvent licensing, or use them to process data you do not have the right to process.
Availability and support
We do not offer an uptime guarantee on hosted components at present. If that changes it will be stated on the product page rather than only here. Support channels and response expectations are set per plan.
Liability
Our products inform decisions; they do not make them. A reorder suggestion is a suggestion, and you remain responsible for what you purchase. Liability limits to be completed and reviewed.
Changes to these terms
Material changes will be emailed to active customers rather than left to be discovered here.
