Someone is always on shift somewhere

Beta

SimplifyRoster

Built for support teams running round-the-clock coverage across countries and timezones. See every hour of the day, spot the gap before a customer does, and fill it without scrolling back through a group chat.

Cover.

The schedule as it actually is — every hour of the day, with the holes in it visible rather than inferred.

The 24-hour day view

A live timeline of the whole day, one row per agent. The current hour is marked as it moves, finished shifts dim themselves, and any hour nobody is covering turns red — so a gap is something you see, not something you work out. Assign an agent to any slot straight from it.

Monthly calendar

The whole month as coloured dots per day, undercovered dates badged in red. Click a day to drop into its timeline.

Manager dashboard

Today's coverage, the coming week, upcoming holidays and who is on leave — the first screen after login, with nothing to set up.

Who is online

Active, away or offline by real last-activity time, with a last-seen stamp per agent. For shift handovers, when "are they there?" is the only question.

Multiple workspaces

Run several teams under one login, each with its own schedule, agents, holidays and settings, fully isolated from the others.

Fill.

Finding the gap is half of it. The other half is getting somebody into it without a thread of two hundred messages.

Overtime, end to end

Click an uncovered slot and the agents who are free are already listed. Agents on a public holiday appear too, marked amber, so you know what you are asking before you ask it. Agents submit their own availability, managers approve or reject in one click, and the schedule updates the moment they do.

OT that adds up

Hours per agent, per month, with the approved slots behind the number — so overtime is something you can review rather than reconstruct.

Working hours per agent

Set each agent's regular shift once and the roster builds from it. Bulk-import a whole team's schedule from CSV when you are starting out.

Away.

Leave and public holidays are the two things that quietly break a rota. Both live in the schedule rather than beside it.

Holiday calendars per country

Group agents by country — Bangladesh, the Philippines, the US, the UK, the UAE, anywhere you hire — and each group follows its own national calendar. A day that is a holiday for half the team and an ordinary Tuesday for the rest is handled as exactly that, automatically, on every view.

Leave requests

Agents request, managers approve or reject, and an approved day shows as a gap on the timeline immediately. Casual, annual and sick are tracked separately, with balances per agent.

Thirty days ahead

Every agent sees the holidays and approved leave coming up on their own dashboard, so the surprises happen to nobody.

Account.

What the team got done, and who is carrying it — visible without standing over anyone.

Daily work reports

Agents file a report at the end of a shift against a template you write, so you are asking about the things that matter to your team rather than a generic form. Managers get a filterable view by date, agent and template, a calendar of who is missing one, and a missed- report tracker that can chase everybody at once.

Slack alerts

A direct message when a report is missed, so the nudge happens where the team already is.

Leaderboard

A composite score across tickets, reviews, ratings and report consistency, filterable by range. Managers and owners only.

Roles that fit a support team

Owner, manager, lead and agent. Managers manage, agents see their own shift and their own reports, and nothing else needs explaining.

Ask.

The schedule already knows the answer. You should not have to build a report to get it out.

Ask the roster in plain English

"Who is free tomorrow at 6 PM?" "Any gaps tonight?" "How many OT hours has Salekin logged this month?" The assistant reads your live schedule — shifts, leave, holidays, overtime — and answers in a sentence, rather than sending you to a dashboard to work it out yourself.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs

  1. 01

    Set up the team

Create a workspace, add your agents and their regular working hours — or import the lot from a CSV — and put each agent in the holiday group for their country.

  2. 02

    Watch the day

The timeline shows every hour and flags the ones nobody is covering. Leave and holidays already sit on it, so what you see is the real picture.

  3. 03

    Close the gaps

Assign a free agent, or run the overtime request through approval. The schedule, the dashboard and everyone's own view update together.

Questions

About SimplifyRoster

Who is this for?

Support teams of roughly six to twenty agents running coverage around the clock from more than one country. It is deliberately not built for restaurant chains or retail floors — the assumptions are different.

How does it handle different countries' holidays?

Agents belong to a holiday group, and each group carries its own national calendar. A national holiday in one group is an ordinary working day for the others, and every view reflects that without anyone maintaining it.

Do agents see everyone's data?

No. Four roles — owner, manager, lead and agent — decide what each person sees. The leaderboard and the who-is-online panel are visible to managers and owners only.

What does the AI assistant need?

A key you supply, configured once by an admin. It reads your schedule to answer questions about it, and it is switched off until you turn it on.

What happens when the beta ends?

Beta accounts keep their access for a year. Pro and Lifetime pricing will be published before either opens, not after.
