Never guess a reorder again
SimplifyStock
SimplifyStock reads your WooCommerce sales history, learns each product's real demand curve, and turns it into a reorder list you can act on in a minute a day.
Forecast.
Read the order history you already have and turn it into one number per product: how long until this runs out.
Demand forecasting
Per-product models built from your own WooCommerce order history, weighted for seasonality, promotions and trend. No global averages and no manual curves — a slow-moving spare part and a weekly consumable are not the same thing, and they are not modelled as one. Set the horizon you plan against, and let it refresh on its own.
Reorder points
Lead time, safety stock and demand variance combine into a reorder point per product, with the working shown — every number on the reorder list can be opened up and traced back to what produced it.
Days of cover, ranked
Every product carries a days-to-stockout figure and a risk band, so the one about to cost you revenue is at the top of the list rather than buried on page four.
Restock suggestions
The forecast becomes a shortlist — what to buy, how much, and when to place the order so it lands before the shelf is empty.
Variations, separately
Variable products forecast per variation rather than per parent, because the large is not selling at the rate the XS is.
Watch.
The store tells you when something has changed, instead of you going to look for it.
A rules engine, not a threshold box
Write the condition you actually care about — days to stockout under seven while stock is still above zero, or views in the last week under ten while stock is over a hundred — and choose whether it raises an alert or sends mail. Ten templates cover the common ones: stockout risk, dead stock, seasonal spike, fast-selling and low, high value and low. Test a rule against your live catalogue before you turn it on.
Alerts that settle down
Snooze, resolve and mark-all-read, with a de-duplication window so one product having a bad week does not send the same warning twenty times.
Stock history
Every change to a stock level is logged with its source, kept for as long as you choose, and replayable as a timeline per product.
Weekly digest
One scheduled summary by email — what moved, what is at risk, what needs an order — on the day and at the hour you pick.
Understand.
The reports a stock plugin usually leaves you to assemble by hand in a spreadsheet.
Dead stock and overstock
Capital sitting still, and slow movers with cover measured in months, surfaced before either becomes a write-off.
Missed revenue
What the stockouts cost — demand that arrived while the product was unavailable, priced.
Order patterns
When your store actually sells, by hour and by day of week, with the anomalies called out rather than left in the average.
Demand you do not stock
What people searched your store for and did not find, read as a buying signal rather than as a search problem: rising terms, and the gap between what is being asked for and what is on the shelf. Paired with view tracking it separates "this is not selling" from "nobody can find this" — and SimplifySearch fixes the second one.
Act.
Everything above is only useful if the next step is one click away rather than an export.
Bulk edits
Adjust stock, thresholds and reorder points across a filtered set in one pass, with every change written to the log.
Multiple locations
Stock per warehouse or shop, with allocation suggestions when one location is short and another is sitting on the same product.
Transfers
Move stock between locations as a tracked transfer with a status, rather than as two edits and a note to yourself.
Back in stock
Customers subscribe to a product that is out, confirm by email, and are notified when it returns — with the waiting list visible per product before you decide what to reorder.
Campaigns
Turn what the data found into something you send: a discount on the dead stock, a heads-up to the back-in-stock list, a nudge on the slow movers. Suggested from the analytics, sent, paused or cancelled from the same screen, with the results counted.
Seasons and holidays
Load the public holidays for your country and mark your own trading events, so the forecast expects the spike instead of being surprised by it.
Ask.
The AI part, where it earns its place — and only ever with a key you control.
An assistant that can see your stock
Ask what is at risk this month, why a product's reorder point moved, or what to do about the overstock, and get an answer grounded in your own catalogue rather than in general advice. The conversation is kept so you can pick it back up.
Per-product insight
A written read on any single product — how it is selling, what the forecast expects, and what is worth doing about it.
Your key, your provider
OpenAI, Claude, OpenRouter or your own endpoint. Choose per feature whether it runs locally, on your key, or not at all.
MCP server
Expose the store to an AI agent you already use through a key you issue, rate-limited, and read-only unless you say otherwise.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs
- 01
Connect
Install the plugin. It reads your existing WooCommerce orders and products — nothing to import, no data leaves your database unless you turn on hosted forecasting.
- 02
Learn
The first sync builds a baseline from up to 24 months of order history. Most stores have a usable forecast within an hour.
- 03
Act
Open the reorder list each morning. Approve, adjust, export. Stock levels and lead times feed back into the next forecast.

Questions
About SimplifyStock
Does my sales data leave my server?
Not by default. The free plan forecasts entirely inside your WordPress install. Hosted forecasting is opt-in on Pro, and processes order quantities and dates only — never customer records.
How much history does it need?
Around eight weeks of orders produces a usable forecast. Twelve months lets it model seasonality properly. Products with no history fall back to a category-level estimate and are flagged as low confidence.
Will it work with my inventory plugin?
SimplifyStock reads WooCommerce's own stock fields, so anything that writes to those works alongside it. Plugins that keep stock in their own tables need the bridge described in the docs.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
You drop to the free plan. Nothing is deleted — forecasts stay, and the Pro-only features simply stop updating.
The rest of the family
Each one stands alone. Use one, use all five, or use one and ignore the others entirely.
