Ship the launch video with the launch
SimplifyVideo
The video is always the thing that slips. An agency quotes three weeks, the in-house attempt dies in After Effects, and the feature goes out with a screenshot. SimplifyVideo takes a brief and your screenshots and gives back a storyboard you can correct scene by scene, then renders it as an MP4 you can post.
In build
SimplifyVideo is in active design. Join the waitlist and you will get early builds — and a say in what ships first.
What SimplifyVideo does
Launch videos, product demos and social cuts as real motion design — from a short brief and a handful of screenshots, in about ten minutes.
A storyboard, not a blank timeline
Describe what you are shipping and drop in the screenshots you already have. You get a full storyboard back — scene order, copy, pacing and the shots each beat needs — as a first draft to argue with rather than an empty canvas to fill. Most of the ten minutes is spent disagreeing with it, which is the fast part.
Scenes, not keyframes
Edit at the level you actually think at. Reorder a beat, rewrite a line, swap a screenshot, cut a scene that is not earning its four seconds. The preview runs in the browser, so you see the change instead of queuing a render to find out.
Your brand, set once
Logo, colours and typeface go in once and every scene and every export picks them up. No per-video restyling, and no video that looks like it came from a template because it did.
Templates that fit software
The shots a product launch actually needs — a UI moving through space, an animated chart, a metric counter, before-and-after, a feature card, code on glass. Not a wedding montage with your logo dropped in.
Every ratio the channels want
16:9 for the site, 9:16 for stories, 1:1 and 4:5 for the feed — recut from the same storyboard rather than rebuilt three times. Exports up to 4K, no watermark, yours to use commercially.
Straight from your catalogue
On a WooCommerce store it can read product shots, names and prices from the catalogue instead of asking you to gather them. A price change means re-exporting, not rebuilding.
How it works
Three steps, then it runs
- 01
Describe it
A sentence or two on what you are launching and who it is for, plus the screenshots. That is the whole brief.
- 02
Correct the storyboard
Work down the scenes, fixing what is wrong. The preview is instant, so checking a change costs nothing.
- 03
Export
The render runs in the cloud and tells you when it is done. A render that fails is refunded, and a project is never lost.

Questions
About SimplifyVideo
Do I need to know motion design?
No — that is the point of it. If you can write a paragraph about what you are launching and take a screenshot, you can get a video out. Knowing motion design makes you faster at correcting the storyboard, not necessary to it.
Will every video look the same?
The templates are a starting grammar, not a finished film — your brand kit, your copy, your screenshots and your scene order do most of the work. It will look like your product. It will not look like a video nobody made on purpose.
Who is it actually for?
Small teams shipping often enough that the video is a recurring bottleneck — a feature announcement most months, a launch a quarter, a social cut most weeks. If you make two videos a year, an agency is probably still the right answer.
What do I own?
The exports, outright, commercial use included. No watermark on a paid export and no attribution requirement.
When can I use it?
It is in active design. The waitlist gets the early builds and a say in what ships first — right now the open question is which templates earn their place, so tell us the video you keep meaning to make.
The rest of the family
Each one stands alone. Use one, use all five, or use one and ignore the others entirely.
