Dead stock sorted by capital tied up, lead times that learn from purchase orders, and censored stockout periods.

-   Dead stock view now sorts by capital tied up rather than by days of cover.
-   Observed supplier lead times feed back into reorder points automatically after three received purchase orders.
-   Stockout periods can be excluded from demand history, so a censored period no longer drags the forecast down.
