Variation forecasting fix, an overridable purchase order template, and lower memory use on first sync.

-   Fixed variation-level forecasts falling back to the parent when stock was managed at both levels.
-   Purchase order PDF template is now overridable from the active theme.
-   Reduced first-sync memory use on catalogues above 50,000 orders.
